Surely throughout your life you have lived many moments that you could qualify as the most stressful of your life, those in which you believed that anxiety would end you.
There are, however, a series of situations that are classified as the most stressful that a human being can go through:
- Lose a loved one: This is the situation that causes us the most anxiety, because we have to face the fact that we will never see that person again, who has disappeared from our lives forever. If the lost person was the one we were leaning on, the stress is much greater.
- Job loss: Unfortunately it is a situation that occurs a lot in our days. The loss of employment leads to the loss of income, and therefore the anxiety that is generated at the idea of not having enough money to meet daily needs.
- Divorce or separate: Divorce or separation involves an emotional and sentimental breakdown and having to restart a life that until then was assumed to be built and with continuity into the future.

All these situations can be the origin of a depressive pathology, so we must be vigilant and see if the situation surpasses us or we can handle it ourselves. If we see that no, it is necessary to ask for help to avoid falling into an anxiety disorder that leads to depression.
