Good morning, I have a small mosaic factory 1 year ago we bought it underway, we are 3 partners, of which we have different percentages, the basic problem I see is the language behind of the counter, and the administration in general, we live from this and that is why it is difficult for us to set a salary for the partners since sometimes we have very good earnings and in others there is no sales, we have 3 assistants and a high fixed production cost, we usually have raw materials except external problems, basically we have nothing planned, no expenses income or anything, we only go because it is moderately administered and we have commercial knowledge but we are on an administrative plateau that completely stops our growth, any suggestions?
