These and other measures would contribute to workers having more family time, greater motivation, lower expenses, companies would also benefit from the lower costs and have more motivated workers, with greater energy and productivity by avoiding the wear and tear caused by transport to and from the places of labors.
The country also benefits from reducing the demand for increasing investments for the expansion of public services such as roads, transportation public, sacrifice of green areas and loss of man hours, resources that could be used to provide the population with more and better services in the areas residential.
