Six out of ten millennials want to be an entrepreneur

Currently, with the large number of technological advances, it is increasingly common for young people to want to be their own bosses and put all the ideas you can think of instead of looking for conventional jobs, in fact, according to statistics six out of ten millennials want to be entrepreneursThey consider that they have all the skills and resources necessary to start a business.

According to the eighth global study conducted by the Amway Entrepreneurship, with the help of the School of Business of the University of Munich, there is a huge upward trend in young people under 35 years.

How do they manage to become entrepreneurs?

More than half of them are willing to sacrifice their free time in order to develop their projects, a quite noticeable difference when compared with the population that has more than 35 years, especially those that exceed the 50.

They are constant people who, despite all the obstacles and difficulties that may exist, are more afraid of lack of financing and the refusals of loans and investments than to failure, since they faithfully believe that their ideas are the top.

For this reason, it is estimated that only 24% manage to raise the funds necessary to start with the projects. Despite this, thanks to the success of others who have previously achieved the media, the number of young people who obtain the necessary resources is increasing considerably, currently they can reach up to 34% in Spain and other countries Latinos.

What are the difficulties to achieve it?

Approximately 52% of these young people called millennials consider that there are no compelling reasons that could prevent them from starting their self-employment projects, however, 94% of them find themselves in economic difficulties when the situation in their countries is not the most favorable.

Another impediment that can be found is that a good part of the entrepreneurs who belong to this generation, it is the lack of a good tax system that has the bases to face easily.
