For the evaluation, the objectives proposed at the beginning of the project are used as a key guide, this to know if they were fulfilled at the expected level. In this step, it is about consolidating the participation of all the people involved and at the same time reflecting on the changes carried out in the project to improve it in the long term, at the same time to make decisions that are beneficial and lead us to improvement constant.

These processes can be carried out in two types of evaluation depending on the moment in which it is going to be carried out and the objectives that are proposed to be carried out:

Ex Post Evaluation: This is done during execution or when the project is ending. The main function of this type of evaluation is to study whether it is feasible to continue with the project, guide the process, or adapt and change its conditions.
From the above we could say that the evaluation is responsible for making it possible to establish feedback processes, this to look for actions that serve in the future and to be able to solve problems that may arise during the performance of any draft.
