Most of the people who operate in the labor market have clear objectives about their personal and professional development within the company. It is never too much to take into account that there are some characteristics to be successful at work. According to the Harvard Business Review there are some characteristics that define successful people and they are:

2.- Take the reins to act on your goals.
3.- Know exactly how much is left to meet your goals.
4.- Be a realistic optimist.
5.- Focus on improving, not just being good.
6.- Show endurance.
7.- Develop your willpower muscle.
8.- Do not tempt fate.
9.- Focus on what you are going to do, not what you are not going to do.
