Four negative effects of loneliness

What negative effects does loneliness produce? Loneliness is not harmless, it is a traveling companion that can become a deadly poison for the human soul because it manages to eradicate illusion, hope, the will to live. Loneliness has a very bitter taste: for example, there are people to whom the phone never rings, never they receive an email or a letter from a loved one, they feel that they exist in utter indifference. Therefore, one of the negative effects of loneliness is that life is lived as if it were a burden, simply because man is social by nature, he needs friends. Therefore, a person should never settle in loneliness, it is essential to make decisions to be able to meet new friends.

On the other hand, another negative effect of loneliness is anger and resentment. The lack of love, sooner or later, is noticed internally in the form of anger with the world. Therefore, it changes the character of the person who becomes defensive and protects himself from others as if they were a threat to his own well-being.

Loneliness is a greater weight on certain dates, for example, the birthday, summer holidays, Christmas... In that case, loneliness weighs even more. makes a giant, fills every corner of the house... For this reason, there are people who practically allow themselves to be crushed by this ghost without doing anything because they feel tiny.

Constant loneliness represents the darkness of a life lived without illusion and without hope. However, there is hope and luckily, life circumstances change unexpectedly overnight. Loneliness does not mean not having a partner, but not having an environment with which to share one's life.
