Exercises to develop a positive attitude

Although we know that life is easier if we are positive, it is not always easy to maintain an attitude positive, especially in those moments when it seems that everything goes wrong or that everything around us is staggers. At times like these, anguish and anxiety make their appearance, making it even more difficult to overcome those moments. So that this does not happen to us and we can recover the possibility, we can carry out a series of exercises that help us stimulate the left part of the brain, the one that regulates intelligence emotional. Here we present some of these exercises to develop a positive attitude.

Draw ovals with your left hand if you are right handed or your right if you are left handed. You must practice until you get it so good as with the dominant hand. When you have achieved it, use your less dominant hand to color the drawing in a color that makes you feel good because it evokes good feelings, such as the blue of the sea.

Stand up and close your eyes. Then raise both arms, stretching them to the sides. Now lift the leg that you use the most and bend it at the knee, as if you were going to move forward. Don't open your eyes unless you notice yourself falling. Tighten your glutes and abs to avoid losing it.

Breath deeply, slowly exhaling the air. Finally, without lowering your arms or leg, move your arms forward, holding the position for five seconds, and return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise with the other foot.

Make a collage with photographs, magazine clippings and other images that evoke places and people that make you feel well or with images that represent what you want to achieve. Contemplating it when you feel down will make you feel more positive. Try hanging the pictures using your non-dominant hand.
