Education problem.

This impossibility usually begins in childhood. Many children are prevented from expressing their emotions in a healthy way because parents do not know how to handle their own feelings and those of their children and that helplessness

It is permissible for us to feel the way we do, to feel pain, anger or grief, as well as is that we express these emotions, always in an appropriate way, communicating to others how we sorry.
