• Ensure that warehouse personnel properly perform their duties.
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff and coordinate activities with dispatch and distribution staff.
• Identify flaws and deficiencies in the warehouse and propose optimal solutions to improve efficiency in storage processes and techniques.
• Make reports for management with information of interest about warehouse inventories.
